Jeff Nath – Chief Executive Officer, Broker
Jeff was born in Anaheim, California, and grew up working in his family’s flower shop. As the son of a florist and a farmer, and as the grandson of an immigrant entrepreneur, he learned the value of hard work at an early age. After attending Orange Lutheran High School and Fairmont Preparatory Academy, Jeff was admitted to the University of California, Berkeley at the age of 17, where he studied analytic philosophy under John Searle, eventually earning his degree in both Philosophy and Legal Studies.
After a brief time working in the financial services industry, Jeff started working in the Orange County real estate industry, founding a brokerage that specializes in property management in 2008. He enjoys working in an industry that is fast paced and constantly changing, but also allows for him to take the time to create personal connections with a diverse group of people. He works closely with tenants and on-site management, as well as with the owners of the properties, serving as the common ground upon which the needs and wishes of these various parties are combined and realized.
On his down time, Jeff enjoys kayaking and skiing with his high school sweetheart who he was lucky enough to marry, skateboarding and riding bikes with their two children, fishing and horseback riding with his buddies from the Padre Junipero Serra Riders, and doing dorky stuff when no one is looking like playing computer games, playing classical piano, and reading.
Ryan Nath – Chief Operating Officer, Director of Operations
Ryan was born in Anaheim, California and graduated from Orange Lutheran High School. While breaking multiple records in football and track in high school, he earned a full ride scholarship to play football at Weber State University where he played for 5 years. He graduated from Weber State University with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing.
After college, he started working for an Orange County property management company, where he focused primarily on maintenance and construction, which he found to be the most rewarding aspect of the industry. In 2008, he helped start Nath Property Solutions where he personally oversees the maintenance and operations of every property in the portfolio. As a licensed California general contractor, Ryan works closely with vendors, sub-contractors and on-site maintenance, ensuring that all structures are well-maintained and up-to-code. His common sense approach to problem solving coupled with his maintenance expertise makes him invaluable in providing our clients practical and reliable solutions.
In his free time, he enjoys going to concerts, horseback riding, camping, the beach, sporting events and spending time with his family.
Karen Anderson –Chief Financial Officer, Controller
Karen was born in Chicago, but moved with her family to Southern California at a young age. She graduated from Anaheim High School and began her bookkeeping career working for the Disney Co. and the California Angels. After a short stint in Oklahoma, Karen returned to Orange County and was employed by the Irvine Chamber of Commerce as their CFO.
She first got into property management working for Neal Buxton Associates. She became a founding member of Nath Property Solutions in 2008. Karen is a dedicated, hands-on employee who handles all day-to-day business details at Nath Property Solutions. She is responsible for the bookkeeping, payroll, secretarial, receptionist, and administrative assistant duties. She is also very involved on-site with all the properties, and she is a Notary Public.
Karen's hobbies include paper crafting and sewing. She enjoys displaying and selling her beautiful hand-crafted items at craft fairs and flea markets. She is well known for handmade greeting cards. Karen is extremely dedicated to her immediate family and her husband, Kim, and his extended family. She is loved by all for her generosity and selflessness.
Melody Breshears –Property Manager
Melody was born and raised in Lakewood, California. Upon graduating Artesia High School, she went directly to work in the escrow and lending industry. Prior to joining Nath Property Solutions in 2008, she spent 15 years at a large title and escrow company working her way to Assistant Vice President and Division Manager of Escrow and Trust Accounting. She is a licensed Realtor and has certifications in Bookkeeping and Income Tax Preparation. Throughout her career she has focused on the needs of customers and enjoys making them happy. When she is not working she enjoys barbeques, camping and riding ATVs. She also likes long quiet drives or spending time at home watching a good movie.
Kareen Moscoso – Property Manager
Kareen was raised in Culver City, California. She graduated from Venice High School, which is where they filmed the famous “Grease” movie. She went to UCLA, majoring in Business Accounting and minoring in Art. Upon graduating she started to work at a travel agency running their accounting department, which she loved not only because her coworkers were amazing but she was able to travel. She has been in the property management field since 1997, and started with Nath Property Solutions in 2013. Throughout her career, her focus has always been to have great customer service. In 2007 she went back to college to learn more about her passion, culinary arts, finishing all her courses with a 4.0 GPA. She is now a savory and pastry chef, with a Servsafe certification and Small Business Management certification. She is currently pursuing a real state license. She loves to bake cakes, which relaxes and centers her, not to mention brings her immense joy when she sees her work of art come to life and brighten someone’s day. She is also a single mother to an amazing young man.
Claudia Fernandez – Property Manager
Originally from Sinaloa, Mexico, Claudia graduated from U.A.S where she studied Clinical Social Work. She moved to California in 1992. Claudia spent almost a decade as a specialized customer service advocate in a fortune 100 company, where she learned the secret to any business success is top-notch customer service. Wanting to combine her desire to help people with her experience in customer service, Claudia transitioned into real estate with Nath Property Solutions, where she is acting as a liaison between property owners and renters. She loves living in Orange County, and feels blessed to call it home. In her free time Claudia loves being out and about with her family.
Linda Gonzalez – Property Manager
Linda was born in Tustin, CA and raised in the city of Anaheim. At a very young age she pursued her love for singing and playing the piano. The youngest of 5 children, she maintained a job throughout high school to help alleviate the financial burdens endured by her single mother. Upon graduating high school Linda went into the beauty industry and maintains her Manicurist certification. At the age of 21, Linda gave birth to her beautiful baby girl, Maylani, and loves to cater to all of her daughter’s needs. She has been with Nath Property Solutions since 2016, and when not at work, Linda enjoys all kinds of water sports and spending time with her family.
Sherry Whitehead – Property Manager
Sherry was born in Long Beach, CA and attended Millikan High School. After graduating she went to work for the Automobile Club of Southern California, and eventually became a licensed realtor. She has worked in the property management industry for over 30 years, as a leasing consultant, assistant manager, and apartment manager, and enjoys keeping up to date with the evolving laws and market trends by frequently attended seminars and classes. She has been with Nath Property Solutions since 2016. What she loves most about her job is meeting new people; she takes pride in helping people find a beautiful new home in which to live. On her down time, she enjoys playing the piano, dancing, writing, watching movies, going to the beach, and playing with her two cats Love Bug and Princess.
Kay Gordan - Property Manager
Kay was born in Torrance, CA and raised in the South Bay area. While in high school she attended cosmetology school with dreams of working
in TV and film. After an internship with a prestige cosmetic company she decided to go back to school and pursue a psychology degree at the
University of Arizona. Growing up in a first-generation Caribbean-American home gave her an early appreciation and joy for life which later drove her passion for humanitarian work. She loves volunteering and fundraising events, her most passionate are those that cater to helping children living in poverty. She also enjoys dancing, singing, baking, kundalini yoga and painting.
Mayra Huerta-Zapatero – Leasing Consultant
Mayra was born in Queretaro, Mexico. She moved to Orange County at the age of nine, and attended Loara High School. Mayra gained valuable customer service experience working at Ross for four years, where she started on sales floor part-time and worked her way up to a full time Area Supervisor. Mayra has two kids and on her spare time she enjoys taking her kids on adventures to new places and attending her son’s soccer games.
Jordan Chavez – Leasing Consultant
Jordan was born and raised in Fullerton, California, and graduated from Fullerton High School. Upon graduating she attended Fullerton Junior College majoring in Business Administration and Business Entrepreneurship. As the daughter of a construction worker, she was brought up with extreme work ethic, determination, and motivation to become a successful individual. She gained most of her customer service experience from being a Disneyland Cast Member for 3 years working at multiple locations.
After some time Jordan landed a job at a Real Estate/Property Management Company as an Executive Accounting/Administrative Assistant in May 2017. She gained valuable experience in learning the ins and outs of property management, accounting, maintenance, and catering to her tenants' needs. Jordan loves the ever changing work dynamic that property management has to offer and decided this is the career she wanted. She started at Nath Property Solutions as a Leasing Consultant in June 2018.
On Jordan’s time off she loves traveling and going on adventures, going on walks and hikes with her husky, going to the beach, and unwinding at the gym constantly to stay fit and healthy.
Danielle DiLorenzo – Leasing Consultant
Danielle was born and raised in the small town of Lynnfield Massachusetts, located just outside of Boston. Danielle graduated from Northeastern University in Boston with a double major in Marketing and Finance. After graduating college, she made the move down to sunny Florida and landed a medical sales job, where she was the number one sales representative in her company for 8 consecutive years, eventually being promoted to Business Development Manager which took her all over the country. During one of her business trips she was approached by the head casting director for CBS, who selected her out of millions of entries to compete in the show Survivor, where she placed runner up. She was invited back for the all- star season and placed sixth. With all the momentum from the show she decided to pursue an acting career and made her way out to Los Angeles, where she acted in commercials and independent films, and hosted a travel show on PBS. After a great run she decided to get back into sales because she wanted more stability in her career. Within six months of coming back to the medical supply industry, she was promoted to area sales manager and became the number one sales representative in the country, making president’s club and won over quote club. Real estate has always been a passion of hers, so she joined the Nath Property Solutions team in 2017. On her down time, Danielle enjoys going to the beach, pilates, yoga, traveling, and going to music shows and festivals with friends.
Sarah Lansing – Executive Assistant
Sarah was born in Orange County, raised in Anaheim, and graduated from Loara High School, where she enjoyed helping out in a JROTC program and taught fellow students how to dance in a salsa and swing club. She is now going to Fullerton Junior College, and working part time at her very first job with Nath Property Solutions. She always goes above and beyond to assist the corporate office with clerical and administrative duties. After work, she enjoys dancing, drawing, spending time with her friends out and about, or relaxing at home with her family.
Edgar M. – Maintenance Supervisor
Edgar was born and raised in Guatemala, and came to California many years ago. Edgar has many years of experience in maintenance and construction, and has been with Nath Property Solutions since 2008. During his time off, he enjoys spending time with his family.
Jose Cruz – Maintenance Supervisor
Jose was raised in East Los Angeles, California, and went to Garfield High School. Upon graduating high school, he worked as a janitor at a large hospital, and was promoted to a maintenance engineer six months later. Being the type of person that loves a challenge, a lot of his maintenance experience comes from being self-taught. He has continued to improve his maintenance skills since joining Nath Property Solutions in 2011. While not at work, he enjoys building and working on cars, and playing and coaching baseball with his children. He takes pride in being a family man and spending all his free time with his family.
Miguel Campos – Maintenance Supervisor
Miguel was born and raised in Mexico City. After graduating high school, he came to the United States to pursue more job opportunities. He has over 20 years of work experience, and has extensive knowledge and certifications in pest control, framing and all areas of construction and maintenance. He loves to work and he loves his job. In his spare time, he likes to go out with his family to the beach or the park and enjoys going to the movies. He is very thankful to be part of the Nath Property Solutions team, and has been with us since 2014.
Alfonso Mendez – Maintenance Supervisor
Born and raised in southern California, Alfonso graduated from San Fernando High School, and became involved in the hotel maintenance industry in 1985. Since he was very young, he has always been mechanically inclined and to this day still loves trying to fix things. Prior to joining Nath Property Solutions in 2016, he sharpened his maintenance skills at a variety of professional maintenance and management companies. He brings over 22 years of work experience to Nath Property Solutions, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer to the owners and tenants of his properties. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family. He is also a professional Rock drummer and has been playing since the age of 6. He enjoys music, cooking, movies, good food and working out.
Tomas McCartney – Executive Administrator
Tomas was born in Ventura County then relocated to Orange County at a young age with his family. He was raised in Anaheim Hills and graduated from Canyon High School. There he enjoyed playing football, performing as well as directing for the school's theater program, and being captain of the wrestling team. He takes pride in his work ethic in which he always strives to be honest, dependable, and hard working. After work he enjoys watching football (Go Rams!), hiking, reading a good comic book, and spending time with family and his dog Bella.
Ric B. Inguito – Maintenance Technician
Ric was born and raised in the Philippines. He attended high school, vocational college, and is certified as a master electrician in the Philippines. He applied his skills working for a cement company and a tobacco company until the age of 21, when he took a job in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait as an electrical engineer. Ric worked for ten years at the same company getting promoted all the way to Foreman. In 1991, Ric migrated to the USA where he started working in the apartment industry as a construction worker and an electrician. Rick is certified as an electrician I, II and III. Ric has worked with Nath Property Solutions since 2008. He lives with his wife, two kids, and a grandchild whom he loves. Ric enjoys cooking, watching sports and movies.
Craig Arndt – Maintenance Technician
Craig was born and raised in Long Beach, CA, and graduated from Bolsa Grande High School. He started working in the construction industry with his father in 1973, and has been working in construction and maintenance ever since. Craig is a master carpenter and specializes in finish carpentry. When he is not working, he enjoys building wooden toys for his 9 grandchildren, creating works of art out of wood for his friends and family, and taking care of his chickens and fruit orchard.
Joey S. – Maintenance Supervisor
Joey was born in the United States and moved to the Philippines at the age of two and returned to California at the age of 13. Joey attended Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, California. As he moved into the work force Joey spent time as a Dietary Aide at an elderly care facility. He then shifted his career and has been a Maintenance Technician since 2008. In his free time, Joey enjoys spending time with his family and taking care of his salt water reef tanks.
Florentino de San Diego – Porter
“Tino” was born and raised in the Philippines. From a very early age, Tino began working as a farmer and a truck driver. At the age of 17, Tino started working on a ship as a seaman and he continued to work there for over 21 years. In 2000, Tino and his family migrated to the United States. Tino has worked in apartment communities since then, holding jobs as a carpenter, drywall installer, and a roofer. Tino has worked for Nath Property Solutions since 2008. Tino takes pride in working hard to make his properties look their best. Tino enjoys spending time with his wife and five children. His hobbies include playing basketball, playing with his grandkids, and cooking.
Alfonso B. – Maintenance Technician, Flooring Specialist
Alfonso came to the United States from Mexico in 1997 to pursue job opportunities. His specialty is in flooring and carpet installation. Alfonso has been a valued team member of Nath Property Solutions since 2013. In his spare time he enjoys riding his bicycle and spending time with family and friends.
Martin Rodriguez – Maintenance Technician
Martin was born in Mexico and has a background as an electrician and general construction. He has been a maintenance technician with Nath Property Solutions since 2016. In his spare time, he enjoys repairing cell phones and computers.
Sindia Gutierrez – Porter
Sindia was raised in East Los Angeles, California and went to Garfield High School. Upon graduating from high school she attended East Los Angeles College for child development. She became a mother at a very young age and has enjoyed the challenges and rewards of being a full-time mother to 4 wonderful children. Her favorite part about her job is interacting with her residents, and building a sense of community at her property. Her hobbies include spending time with her kids, cooking, and being a devoted mother and wife.
Benjamin Murga – Flooring Specialist
Benjamin was born in Mexico, and moved to California at a very young age. Over a decade of dedication and hard work have paved a way for him to be able to install any type of flooring and carpet. He takes great pride in his work, and joined Nath Property Solution in 2017. When he is not working, he enjoys watching movies and spending quality time with friends and family.
Jose Quinonez – Maintenance Specialist
Jose was born in Mexico and now resides in Anaheim. He is an extremely hard-working individual, and has over 20 years of experience working in construction, carpentry, and residential design. He joined Nath Property Solutions in 2008. On his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, camping, and playing soccer.
Celso Rodriguez – Director of Painting
Celso was born and raised in Mexico City; he completed high school there and moved to California in 2002. He is currently taking the opportunity to continue his education at Santa Ana College. Celso has worked for Nath Property Solutions since 2012, and oversees of all paint jobs for different properties, both interior and exterior. His experience as a painter is vast, and he also specializes in bath tub refinishes and multi-spec glazing in kitchen and vanity tops. He oversees a crew of 5 painting subcontractors and pushes both himself and his crew to have the jobs done on schedule, with the highest quality possible. On his free time, he loves to be with his family.
